In my opinion Wealthy Affiliate is the best place to learn about making money online through the means of internet affiliate marketing. It is ESSENTIAL I believe for those that are just starting out online, have that inate ability and desire to succeed but just lack direction and the relevant toolset to make it happen.

This stands in stark contrast to most e-books whose information will be obselete within a year or two.

Wealthy Affiliate is only a scam to those who think that if they join then they will automatically start generating an online income by doing nothing. Wealthy Affiliate offers you all the tools, resources and support required to send you into the stratosphere of top internet affiliate marketers. Some people it is true, experience sales within hours but that is only due to them taking action and putting in practise the steps and information that is placed in front of them. So yes, you will make money even if you have no experience. It's all down to action

With that I believe the monthly membership fee ($39 if you subscribe on a monthly basis/ $29 a month if you subscribe for the year) is more than justified considering all the resources you have which will allow you to make at least $300 a day in any industry. But it is up to you!

(In fact people who sign up for the year tend to do better, as they know that they have to stick it out for the 12 months after making a rather significant investment in their education. This makes them overcome the stumbling blocks better than those that subscribe on the monthly as they would be more loath to quit after suffering a setback. :-(

Tools And Resources

The Forum : The Forum is the hub of the university and is literally a goldmine of information containing posts from numerous marketers who are earning thousands a day online. These posts are worth the sign-up fee alone especially those by Travis Sago .The great thing about this forum is that you will always be a guaranteed a response to any of your queries no matter how stupid they seem in hindsight. Furthermore there are numerous subsections such as; General Marketing Discussion, Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and The Million Dollar Blueprint. The founders Kyle and Carson are also very active in the forum, and it is here where you can contact them via a pm.

Site Rubix and Free Hosting : I had never built a proper website before in my life but with Site Rubix, those without any previous HTML knowledge are able to churn out high converting web-pages within 15 minutes. Site Rubix is extremely handy if you are checking out a niche and want to get up a quick review and comparison site. The free hosting service is also very convenient as it saves you forking out an extra $60-$100 dollars a year.

8 Week Action Plan : This was literally a god-send for me as it laid out exactly what I had to do to be a success online. Explaining how to create a profitable online business in 8 weeks is no mean feat but Kyle and Carson (the founders) more than achieve this. Most of this infomation comes from the Learning Centre on your dashboard but I like the way it is organised here in the  8 Week Action Plan.

The Share Zone : This is a place where members give back to the community in the form of video tutorials, pdf's and general tips that allowed them become successful internet marketers.This is often over-looked but nevertheless it is a great resource.

1-on-1 Coaching :  This was probably the thing I was most skeptical about before I joined Wealthy Affiliate because in a community that has thousands of members, how could Kyle and Carson offer this feature. Well believe it or not they do. All you have to do is send them a message (via pm) in the forum and they'll get back to you within 2 days with a very informative reply. In the meantime you can always post your queries in a thread and get a whole host of replies back.

Niche Q (also see video section)  : One of the first questions I had when starting out was what the hell am I going to promote? Remember the internet business world is the largest marketplace in mankind's history (which is good as it means that there is a lot of money thus to be made) so I really felt like a kid in a candy store (bad analogy I know). But with Niche Q, they take a sector and rip it apart for you, providing you with a highly researched report, various relevant website templates, and free give-away guides that build up customer trust. I personally recommend the Pet Industry Niche Q report as it is a $43 billion industry which means loads of marketing angles and profitable sub-niches. 

Competition Spy Tool : This is a neat little tool that all members of Wealthy Affiliate are privy to. Thus far it has saved me around the guts of $500 as I know exactly what my competitors are doing to make money. Suffice it to say it's a mega application. It basically allows you to see what pages are doing well on the front page of Google over a certain period of time for a particular phrase or keyword.

Most people when they join at first are overwhelmed with the amount of information that is suddenly thrust in front of them. Therefore this is what you should do when you join

-Read Week 1 In the 8 Week Action Plan

-Browse the forum paying particular attention to the stickies. Also introduce yourself in the Announcements Section.

-Go to the Learning Centre, study the Junior Resources and take notes .
